Classes & Timetable
Four styles of yoga for every level — from your very first downward dog to a dynamic Vinyasa Flow practice. Find the class that suits you and get in touch for the current timetable and pricing.
Our Classes
Whether you are brand new to yoga, expecting a baby, or looking to deepen an existing practice, we have a class to meet you where you are.
Vinyasa Flow
A dynamic, breath-led practice linking movement and posture in a continuous sequence. Suitable for those with some yoga experience who want to build strength, flexibility and focus.
Yin Yoga
A slow, meditative style that targets the connective tissues with long-held, supported poses. Ideal for stress relief, deep release and complementing more active practices.
Beginners Yoga
A gentle, welcoming introduction to yoga — no experience or special equipment needed. We take time to explain each pose, build confidence and make the practice feel accessible from day one.
Pregnancy Yoga
Specially adapted sequences to support your body and mind throughout pregnancy. Classes focus on breathing, pelvic floor awareness, relaxation and building community with other expectant parents.
